The series follows the underwater adventures of Captain Mark Nemo and his two young assistants, Christine and Robbie, in their nuclear-powered submarine, the Nautilus.
A family of toothbrushes come alive at night, going on adventures while singing "The Toothbrush Song". They are joined by friends like an electric toothbrush and a toothpaste tube.
