The search for a missing woman gives an Athenian lawyer, Manos - who is suffocating in his marriage to Kynthia - the opportunity to travel to Epirus. Leaving his familiar surroundings, he gradually enters another world, unknown and mysterious. His journey resembles the descent to Hades, and his visit to the supposed entrance to the underworld is revelatory. In Epirus he discovers that Evanthia, the woman he is searching for and whose disappearance twenty years ago provoked a major inheritance issue, has, in the meantime, married a Greek refugee from Albania, Fanis. Circumstances oblige Fanis to return to Albania, but Evanthia goes in his stead. Manos discovers Fanis hiding in an isolated hut and learns that Evanthia has been in Albania for quite some time. He decides to cross the border, finds Evanthia and brings her back. This is a film about loss and searching, both external and internal. An introspective meditation on life inspired by the social disorder of the Balkans in the mid '90s.

A successful young Athenian lawyer, Theodora, who is the daughter of a general, takes on the case of Mantzavinos who is a grocer in Kolonos. Trying to avoid the usual hum-drum approach, she becomes involved with a strange gang with a blind beggar for a leader, Linos, a former teacher, and current idol, of hers, who seems to Theodora like a modern Oedipus. Linos' companion and right-hand man is the former caretaker of the school. The group is completed by two sister-hookers, Anta and Mina, who work in a brothel housed in the school building and who sometimes force Linos to beg for money. The gang is planning a "big score", the theft of the antiquities of Plato's Academy, but Theodora's reluctance, combined with the timely intervention of the police, cancel the plan.

Once upon a time there was a little girl named Nina. Born in Crimea, she and her mother left the country for France. She was only three when they settled down in the town of Meudon. There, Nina's mum became a dance teacher and the little girl soon became a little figure - dancer. After taking classes with famous names of Russian dance mistresses (Trefilova, Preobrajenja, Egorova) she became a dancer in a troupe. In 1946 a good fairy named Roland Petit chose her to be the star of Henri Sauguet's ballet « Les Forains ». Three years later the miracle continued for the little refugee from Meudon, the immense choreographer Serge Lifar called upon her to replace the star dancer of the Paris Opera, Yvette Chauviré. She was now a prima ballerina. Combining her high technical level with a taste for lyricism, mysticism and expressiveness, she furthered her career in the troupe of the Marquis de Cuevas. Until in the mid-1960s, she considered time was ripe for retirement - and for transmission. Dominique Delouche's camera shows her in 1995, at the age of 74, at the Opéra de Paris transmitting to young dancers all the subtleties of her art, particularly the choreographies she inspired in Lifar and other great masters. We also follow her on a trip to her native Russia, to Saint Petersburg, where she is honored at the Russian Ballet Academy, and to Gurzuf, the Crimean town on the Black Sea where she was born. Throughout the film, photos, archive footage and film extracts (including two by Delouche) are interspersed between the sequences devoted to the present, movingly linking a particularly successful life story, a winning mixture of exceptional personal talent and favorable conditions.

In Armatoliko, a mountain village in Trikala Province, high in the Tzoumerka mountain range, on the banks of the Acheloos, the 89-year-old Mrs Dimitra lives alone. She is the beloved grandmother of director Dimitris Koutsiabasakos, who visits her with a small crew of friends. The result of the visit is Hercules, Acheloos and My Granny, one of the most iconic Greek documentaries of recent decades. Through the unforgettable, laughing, down-to-earth figure of his grandmother, Koutsiabasakos' lens captures the rugged and indomitable, inexpressibly tender and loving spirit of the Greek countryside, as well as the dark and turbulent history of the 20th century, the wounds of which are inscribed on the old woman's body. Wounds which not only still gape, but on which new wounds are being piled up, as Armatoliko is shortly to be flooded by the waters of the Acheloos, due to the controversial dam being built in the area. Rarely has a short film captured the spirit of a place, and of a century, so vividly, bursting with emotion and love.

Like the diary of a journey, "Wild Blue" is a succession of life fragments. Punctuated by female voices, this film gathers children, trees and winds as musical motifs. Variations on these motifs evoke a world wounded by civil or religious horror. A world approached through gestures, silences, gazes and songs. As time goes, these notes for several voices compose a simple poem on listening.
