The misadventures of a young couple, Rodolfo and Patrizia, as they set off on a car journey to their coastal home during a summer vacation. Unfortunately, Patrizia is losing faith in their marriage and attracts the attentions of Tony, the leader of a gang of delinquents who has been trying to seduce her for some time. Very soon they find themselves persecuted by Tony and his gang of misfits as they desperately try to reach their destination.

Sonia (Rita Silva) is an upstart social climber workaholic. Sonia's husband Alberto (Guido Sagliocca) decides to leave her because he feels she is not near him even when they make love. In fact, Sonia cares little for Alberto. Finding herself alone and discontent with it, Sonia starts taking new young lovers every day, without ever feeling satisfied with the men, herself or the whole situation. Sonia's friend Sandra (Giovanna Petocchi) instead takes Alberto for lover, and Sonia, curious about how they make it work, follows Sandra to watch them make love by means of a video link that Sandra has rigged to an adjacent room. The experience forces Sonia to admit certain facts about her own person.
