An underground civilization named Arkadia launches an expedition for exploring the world of the surface to restore its fading sun.

Deep beneath the Earth's surface, the hidden city of Arkadia faces destruction as its artificial sun, the Tehra, begins to die. In defiance of their elders, a group of Arkadian children secretly create Arkana, a mystical messenger sent to seek help from the surface world. There, she meets two siblings, Matt and Rebecca, who join her mission. Together, they descend into the mysterious underground realms aboard a living vessel named Tehrig--soon joined by a powerful warrior named Spartakus and his mischievous sidekicks, Bic and Bac. Thus begins their journey to save Arkadia and restore light to a world on the brink of darkness.

After leaving Arkadia, Arkana and her companions arrive in a strange world ruled by a massive sentient crystal. There, they meet Galileo, a scientist persecuted for believing life exists beyond the crystal's glow. Captured by the crystal's inquisitors, the group is put through mind-bending psychological tests designed to erase their memories and crush their beliefs. With their unity and courage intact, they resist the crystal's power--helping Galileo stand against the oppressive system and proving that truth cannot be silenced.
