Amber meets Simon on an APP date. She is an actuary who works for a big insurance firm and Simon is an engineer working to build bridges and roads that safely connect people. So far, neither have had much luck on the various dating apps. They meet at a quaint bar to test the algorithm to see if the numbers add up to a perfect match.
