Phat Fyterz (PFZ) is a TV series centering around the life of 4 women living in London. They are from different walks of life, have a varied set of relationship/career/family issues. A set of seemingly random circumstances brings them to join PFZ. The tone of the show is serious but has a healthy sprinkle of comedy to keep it dynamic and fun. PFZ is a fictional support group run by the NHS. It provides counseling and training for service users to deal with issues such as: self-confidence, weight loss, depression, PTSD and other ailments. Each character joins the group for different reasons and are forced to, at first, co-operate with each other and hopefully befriend each other while going to PFZ meetings and dealing with challenges on their own in their professional and personal lives.

In the pilot episode, we are introduced to the various characters and their issues and backgrounds.
