Director Nathan McCoy narrates and guides the viewer through the personalities (some famous), and world class athletes that train at the legendary Gold's Gym in Venice, California. From there Alex shows off his results to random pedestrians on the nearby Venice beach. Finally, Alex's kicks are tested at the USC's Biomechanics Injury Research Lab. Cynthia Bir (scientist from Fight Science), leads a team of researchers and experts to quantitatively measure Alex's strength and speed; and the results are shocking!
