Scott "Lick" Dallas, a thief with enhanced abilities, puts together a team to hunt down the creator of a dangerous serum that his abilities came from.

Taking place 18 years before "Herobrine Origins", the film follows Robert and Anna Briggs as they continue trying to live normal lives, despite Robert possessing supernatural powers. Meanwhile Anna begins working on the BRINE serum, a cure for any illness.
