This story brings together characters now, as a congregation: a church- The Outsiders Church where Victims of Tradition can have a refuge for their souls. This story is based on real events from the singer and the actor M@tch from their time at Sanctuary: The Rock and Roll Refuge.

The culminating saga spanning over nine years in filming of the story of "Ray Matthews" and his struggles with who he is in life and drug use. This story joins Ray and the prodigal son, his rescuer, The Backslider, as they both enter into the next chapters in The Outsiders series: or do they?

Darion is buying coffee and somebody from within the coffee shop is looking at him through their newspaper. Is he being watched? Darion walks out of the coffee shop only to realize that the Mystery Man is following him.
