- Director is working on a new film. He invites the main actor to the remote island of Vis so they can work on the script. Due to isolation they face on the island during the winter period, the two of them are unexpectedly faced with their own frustrations, which are constantly intertwined with the films plot in a strange way.

On the road through Slovenia and Croatia - two countries that have just recently seceded from Yugoslavia - they are accompanied by a young runaway woman with a mysterious past and an old biker who has seen the world in search of freedom but has still not found it. They challenge themselves and each other through shared experiences, severing their ties with and conceptions of the old and thus making way for the new. However, the path is treacherous: with the sudden death of a companion, their friendship is at stake and the pain is unbearable without someone to blame. Personal values are tested, God's purpose unclear, and free will questioned. The protagonists' road trip is not what they expected, and to break free they must endure a quest for identity that irrevocably changes their lives. A timeless story about the search for one's true self. The use of poetic realism and unconventional structure puts the viewer in the driving seat of this thought-provoking and emotional journey.
- An early summer evening begins with a game, while one kid counts to three thousand, the others hide in a row of suburban gardens. During that time, a young father spends the rest of his day with someone else's child, an old man awaits a call that will change his life and the future of a year-long friendship becomes uncertain. The game ends when mosquitoes start rising from the grass.

The film follows an eighth-grade class on this trip, documenting their entire journey, from departure to their return home. Initially, the dynamics among the students unfolds. However, when confronted with the wartime events of the 1990s in Vukovar, will their curiosity and the respect that this trip is meant to instill take precedence, or will their focus remain on adolescent relationships typical of their age? On a secondary level, the film explores how education shapes collective memory and questions whether memorial centers are an effective way to honor victims.
