Honestly, I don't understand why people have given low reviews! I love this so far! It's so good!

I love the actors & the sets and I really really loved the courage of this storyline which is really important. Doctor Who is fantastic and it's really great to see this spinoff. I think the choice of actress for salt is absolute spot on and the main character too, he looks so vulnerable but yet has that spark of power and that everyman look to him as well. Just brilliant, what more do people want? Maybe people have been so spoilt by these big Hollywood productions, maybe some people expect hundreds of million pound budgets for Bbc TV production.

Me and my son are absolutely loving this and the rest of my family. So entertaining from 11 all the way up to 81 years of age.

Watched this tonight with the whole family & we had brilliant fun! Its so exciting & finishes the story off perfectly. But what I can't understand is those "kill joy critics that have to moan about movies when there isn't anything to moan about. Don't be fooled by them, this movie is so exciting & fun. I held my breath when he was under water, i clung to the cinema seat when he was in the plane, we gasped when we recognized old characters & welled up when my favorite character died. The time flew by, i swear i was only in the cinema an hour, not 3!! Brilliant film! I really don't know what more the critics would want to be happy.

We will all meet people that are there at that right moment to help us at a difficult time and then they disappear and we never see them again. Sometimes we know they are special at that time, sometimes we realise later. But this film was about that & i found it very moving. It made me think back on similar situations or moments. People you meet only briefly but they have a profound effect on your journey and the future choices that you make. These are really nice and special memories to think back on and I am thankful to this film for reminding me. So many films make you think of absolutely nothing and hardly ever any films you can connect with your own life. I actually think this was quite a special film which was a surprise. At the beginning I really didn't think I would connect to the film much at all, but by the end I was really drawn in and actually quite touched.
