Gritty, emotional and full of surprises

Nero the Assassin is one of those shows that pulls you in fast. The story feels tight and the world-building is solid. Nero is an incredible lead with a mix of strength and quiet emotion. Perla and Hortense are standouts too and make the story feel more human. The action scenes hit hard but there's real feeling behind them. It's the kind of show that keeps you hooked without trying too hard.

A Promising Story That Falls Apart at the Finish Line

The film is action-packed and keeps you watching. The scenes are well done, and many aspects are really solid. The pacing flows smoothly, drawing you into the story and making you curious about how this interesting premise will conclude.

But for me, it ended in complete disappointment. A plot that had been developing so well wrapped up in a way that felt absurd and inconsistent with the rest of the series. Just when I thought it was a great piece of work, the ending felt meaningless to me.

I felt deceived-like someone was telling an exciting story and we were listening with enthusiasm, only for it to end in a bizarre, rushed way, as if the storyteller got bored and said, "Let's just finish it here.

    What in heavens name

Y read the only two rewievs excisting. I dont know in which universe those 2 live, but is have to be another from me. I think Nero is refreshing, different and in a line almost as good as GOT ( ok, that was a bit too much of course, but still..) I watched the whole 8 episodes binge style, and i enjoyed the whole series, a combination of the stupidity during the middle age of human fear of witches ( burned quite a few), the plague ( killed a bunch) the devil and the church ( killed more ??). I think this is an amazing product and in the depths of my heart, i wish for a second season. Shame in the ppl giving it 3 of 10.

    Straightforward and stunning

Nero the Assassin is a stunning, action-packed thriller that grips you from the very first scene. It is raw, violent, and refreshingly straightforward, avoiding unnecessary twists or filler moments.

The visuals are outstanding, with every fight sequence shot beautifully and choreographed with precision. The camera work gives the violence a cinematic elegance without losing its gritty realism. The pacing is relentless, keeping you fully engaged from start to finish.

Nero himself is a captivating anti-hero. Cold, efficient, and mysterious, he commands attention without needing much dialogue or backstory. The show focuses on his actions rather than explanations, which fits perfectly with its direct tone.

If you like fast-moving stories, stylish visuals, and intense action, Nero the Assassin delivers exactly what you want. It is not subtle, but it doesn't need to be. It is bold, brutal, and beautifully done.
