Has a binovular (fraternal) twin sister.

Resides in Hamburg, Germany.

Was a professional pornographic actress before her breakthrough role in Gegen die Wand (2004). Following her success, the German tabloid BILD discovered that she had acted in several porn videos. Because of the media attention that was caused by it, during her acceptance speech at the 2004 Bambi Awards, she protested against the intense coverage of her past career. She reproached the tabloids BILD and Kölner Express for "media rape".
