Zillian S.A. (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting

We do not collect, store, or process any personal information from end users
when delivering our services.
We act purely as a technical provider for the delivery of advertising creatives
(e.g., HTML files, images, videos) integrating them dynamically into publisher
websites.
Our activity does not involve:
- User-tracking technologies
- User profiling
- Collection of personal identifiers
- Behavioral targeting
In order to deliver advertising creatives, our systems store
and access technical information on users’ devices, such as HTML or images.
This activity falls under Purpose 1 – “Store and/or access information on a
device”, as defined by the IAB Europe Transparency and Consent Framework.
Under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive, we rely on user consent as the
sole legal basis for this access.
We do not use this access to collect personal data or perform any further
processing.
Zillian S.A. products do not use:
- Cookies
- Mobile Advertising Identifiers
- Statistical identifiers or fingerprinting
- Cross-device tracking
As we do not process personal data, no such data is shared with third parties.
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the integrity and security of our systems.
