pstrongAbout Veracity:strongp pVeracity is a leading manufacturer of a wide range of IP video surveillance solutions, including IP transmission systems, video storage, video wall display controllers, integrated security management software, and cyber-secure technologies for complete 360 situational awareness.p pstrongAbout the role:strongp pAs a result of continued growth, Veracity is looking to recruit a Digital Production Support Apprentice to join their headquarters in Prestwick.p pIn this role, you will support both internal teams and external partners by using digital systems to assist the Safety, Health, Environment & Quality (SHEQ) Manager with the adoption of Veracitys Management Systems, ensuring they remain organised, compliant, and audit-ready. You will also be trained to competently prepare and configure Veracitys storage systems for customer use. Alongside gaining hands-on experience, you will work towards achieving your SCQF Level 6 Diploma in Digital Applications Support.p pstrongResponsibilities:strongp ul liAct as first point of contact by triaging information and assisting the SHEQ Manager to allow them to keep up to date with tasks to allow compliance of Veracitys products, and to allow Veracitys Management System to be audit ready.li liProvide a monthly report to your line manager Board summarising current activities, progress, activities for next month, challenges and suggestions on MS Excel.li liAttain knowledge of Business Management Systems and their functions and applications (including relevant ISO standards). You will become a super on the ISO systems.li liAttain competence in the configuration and shipping of Veracity storage systems (UPS WorldShip) for customer shipment.li liEnsure compliance with all rules relating to management of IT information, processing of data, transferring and accessing data, etc.li liAdhere to all requirements relating to IT security and be vigilant about phishing and other types of cyber security attacks.li liAttend online and in person meetings as required, ensuring full participation in progressing matters including adequate preparation, reporting and feedback as required.li liCollaborate digitally across departments, both independently and as part of the team.li liAttain knowledge of environmental compliance of Veracity products and markets.li liFollow company processes and procedures relating to operational, health and safety, anti-bribery, money laundering, equality, diversity and employment matters.li ul pstrongSalary:strong18,200 per annum.p pstrongWorking hours:strong35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pmstrong.strongp pstrongBenefits:strongp ul liCompany pension.li liOnsite parking.li ul pstrongFuture prospects:strongp pFuture progression and additional training opportunitiesp pstrongImportant information:strongp pThis vocational apprenticeship comprehensively supports your specific job role with this particular employer.
