Another excellent issue ofWeirdbook, featuring not only a new Cthulhu Mythos story (Cleric at Sentinel Hill" by Franklyn Searight), but a whole slew of weird and fantastic stories, poetry, and artwork, some of my favorites being "Insect Song" by William Tea (a story that tells us that you can't go home again and you probably shouldn't even want to), "Vandegald's Globes" by Jeremy Hayes (which turns the curisoity shop motif on its ear), "Dead Line" by D.C Lozar (about a haunted telephone booth, of all things), and so many others, too numerous to describe, but they are all gems. An outstanding issue!

Great issue, definitely one of the best literary magazines available. The Cthulhu Mythos story is quite enjoyable!

This edition of Weirdbook turned out to be full of delights - creepy as well as immensely enjoyable. Poetry is rather incompatible with me. So I would like to mention my favourite prose pieces included here:

4. 'Dead Line' by D.C.Lozar
5. 'The Waterman's Song' by M.B.Vigil
6. 'Maleficium' by Kelly Gould
7. 'Insect Song' by William Tea
8. 'The Harvest Moon Festival' by Gigi Eng
9. 'Like Falling Snow' by W.D.Clifton
10. 'The Oldest Story' by S.L.Edwards
11. 'Geronimo Versus Frankenstein' by Neal Privett
12. 'Omzetten' by C.M.Muller
13. 'Vandegald's Globes' by Jeremy Hayes
As you can understand, with so many memorable stories herein, average or clunkers can be safely disregarded. This one is a natural five-starrer, in my opinion.
