SHAM MOSAIC
A series of eight compositions inspired by the timeless craft of wooden mosaic in Damascus — its quiet geometry, its rhythm, and the patience carved into every measured form.
With each piece, I tried to capture the beauty that lives beneath the ornament: the harmony of repetition, the warmth of wood, and the silent balance between structure and light.
This project is a personal reflection on mosaic not as decoration, but as memory — a visual language shaped through centuries, where geometry becomes feeling and heritage becomes line.
