Short, but freaking awesome. Just read it already! This short story of the psychoanalysis of an artist by the devil is brilliantly written.

Take two parts of Beelzebub, two of Israfel, one of Monte Cristo, one of Cyrano, mix violently, season with mystery and you have Mr. Solon Aquila. He is tall, gaunt, sprightly in manner, bitter in expression, and when he laughs his dark eyes turn into wounds. His occupation is unknown. He is wealthy without visible means of support. He is seen everywhere and understood nowhere.

How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings, help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.

- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 9 September 2014Meh, that's it really... Having read Tiger Tiger (aka The Stars My Destination) which I really enjoyed, I thought I'd try another title by the same author. I have tried getting into this novel several times but have not made it past the first few chapters.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great book, rotten transcription
If you spend hours wondering where the Grsssh hide it is because they substituted comer cor corner. Easy to do if you don't read it, and there are many more that distract you from the text.

4.0 out of 5 stars A romp for adults
A silly, but not pointless, romp for adults. A lighthearted view of the process of growing up and becoming responsible.

5.0 out of 5 stars "5,271,009" retitled
The only problem is, this is the story "5,271,009" retitled. But a wonderful, manic story about a modern scientific warlock.
