5.0 out of 5 stars A master class fantasy fiction novel
In Pangs, the masterful short story writer Jerry Wheeler has devised a captivating and sexy fantasy horror novel that is cleverly and intricately plotted with startling moments of mayhem and lust (both libidinal and spiritual). Read it for the ingenious storytelling and marvel at how Wheeler elevates this tale with his dazzling and inventive prose. It's not often that genre fiction rises to the level of literature, but Pangs does all that and more. A class act all the way.

5.0 out of 5 stars Like Nothing I've Ever Read
And that's saying something! Extremely enjoyable, and hooked me from the beginning. I could imagine the surroundings throughout the story, and I enjoyed getting to know the characters and their quirks.
Darkness is soothing and sunlight isn't what you think it is.
It's a great read! Get it!
