Zepto reported a revenue of INR 11,110 crore in FY25, reflecting a 149% increase from INR 4,454 crore in FY24, indicating rapid growth in its quick commerce operations. The company also expanded its installed app penetration in India from 3.1% in Q4CY22 to 14.6% in Q4CY25, demonstrating significant growth in its user base. Additionally, Zepto's monthly transacting users increased from about 5 million to 16–17 million over the past 12 months, further highlighting its operational scaling. However, Zepto's net loss nearly tripled in fiscal 2025 to Rs 3,367 crore from Rs 1,214 crore a year earlier, reflecting higher spending amid rapid growth. The company also created over 180,000 jobs for delivery partners and more than 40,000 roles for store personnel, truck drivers, and warehouse operators, indicating significant workforce expansion. Zepto raised $450 million in October 2025 at a valuation of $7 billion, contributing to its total funding of $2.3 billion to date, which supports its quick commerce operations and prepares for an IPO.
