Cellular Gateway
Tenovi Gateway
Cellular Gateway for 40+ RPM & RTM Devices. Plug-and-play hub, no pairing, apps, or Wi-Fi. Patients take readings and the gateway handles the rest.

How It Works
Easy 1-2-3 Setup
Plug in, power on, and start collecting data. No IT support, no configuration, no patient training.
Power and Place Gateway
Plug the Tenovi Gateway into any standard outlet and place it on a nightstand or shelf. Multi-carrier SIM activates automatically.
Patients Use Their Devices
Patients take readings with any compatible Bluetooth device. The gateway automatically detects and captures data nearby.
Data Transmits & Confirms
Red and green LED indicators confirm transmission status to the patient. Data arrives on the CCN Health platform in near real-time.
Cellular Connectivity
Always-On Data Hub
The Tenovi Gateway uses 4G LTE cellular connectivity with dual-carrier failover to transmit patient readings to the CCN Health platform. No Wi-Fi setup, no smartphone pairing, no app downloads.
- 4G LTE with dual-carrier failover (AT&T/Verizon)
- Data transmission in under 60 seconds
- 30-foot Bluetooth range for device detection
- Red/green LED confirms transmission to patient

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about the Tenovi Gateway.
The Tenovi Gateway is a cellular hub that aggregates data from multiple Bluetooth RPM devices in a patient's home. It connects to blood pressure monitors, scales, pulse oximeters, and glucose meters — then transmits all readings via built-in cellular connection.
The gateway model is cost-effective when monitoring multiple vitals for one patient. Instead of providing 3-4 separate cellular devices, a single gateway connects to multiple Bluetooth devices and handles all data transmission over one cellular connection.
The gateway supports up to 8 Bluetooth devices simultaneously. This allows a single patient to be monitored for blood pressure, weight, glucose, and SpO2 with all data routed through one gateway to the CCN Health platform.
No Wi-Fi is required. The gateway has a built-in cellular SIM and activates automatically when plugged in. Patients simply plug it into a power outlet — the gateway auto-pairs with pre-configured Bluetooth devices within range.
The gateway uses multi-carrier cellular connectivity, automatically selecting the strongest available network. It includes local data buffering so readings are stored and retransmitted if there is a temporary cellular outage.
