Which plan is right for me?

Three plans, three types of builders.

Astra Pro + AI ($99/year) is for solo builders and personal projects. You get the Astra Pro addon, AI site generation, 1 hosted site, and a free domain for the first year. Up to 3 websites.

Essential Toolkit + AI ($199/year) is for freelancers managing multiple client sites. You get everything in Pro + AI, plus Spectra Pro, 300+ premium templates, and Ultimate Addons for Elementor. Up to 10 websites, 2 hosted sites.

Business Toolkit + AI ($279/year) is for agencies. Everything in Essential, plus the AI Site Planner, SureForms Agency, 24/7 VIP Support, 5 hosted sites, and licenses for up to 1,000 websites.

If you're building sites for clients, the 10-site limit on Essential is the real decision point. If you manage more than 10 client sites - or expect to - Business is worth it.

Which Astra Pro should I buy: Addon Only or Astra Pro + AI?

Both include the Astra Pro add-on for up to 3 websites. The difference is what comes alongside it.

Astra Pro · Addon Only: Choose this if you already have your own hosting and domain and only need the advanced theme features - the header and footer builder, full typography and colour control, and the professional layouts Astra is known for. No AI platform, no hosted site, no domain included.

Astra Pro + AI includes everything in the add-on, plus access to the AI platform to generate and customize sites from a prompt, 1 free hosted website, and a free domain for the first year. Choose this if you want the AI tools and a ready-to-go hosted site and domain included rather than bringing your own.

If you're unsure, Astra Pro + AI is the better value for most buyers. You can upgrade from Addon Only at any time and pay only the prorated difference.

Can I use these plans on client sites?

Yes. All plans cover client sites. The website limit is the only constraint - 3 sites on Astra Pro + AI, 10 on Essential Toolkit, 1,000 on Business Toolkit. Every site you build for a client counts toward your limit, including staging and development environments.

If you're close to your limit, you can upgrade at any time and pay only the prorated difference.

Does Elementor Pro come with the Essential or Business Toolkit?

No, Elementor Pro is made by a separate company and isn't included. The Ultimate Addons for Elementor that's included in both Toolkit plans extends Elementor with 70+ additional widgets, but it requires the free version of Elementor - not the Pro version. You don't need to purchase Elementor Pro to use your Toolkit.

Do staging and development sites count toward my license limit?

Yes. Every site where Astra is activated counts - live, staging, local, or development. A 10-site Essential Toolkit license means 10 sites total, regardless of type. If you're an agency running staging environments alongside live client sites, factor that into which plan you choose. You can upgrade at any time without reinstalling anything.

What are the renewal prices after year one?

The prices shown at checkout are introductory rates for your first year. Renewal rates are:

● Astra Pro + AI: $149/year
● Essential Toolkit + AI: $299/year
● Business Toolkit + AI: $429/year

Your renewal rate is fixed at the time of purchase, it won't increase beyond these amounts. If you'd prefer to avoid renewals entirely, lifetime plans are available at a one-time price.

Can I switch from annual to lifetime, or upgrade my plan later?

Yes to both.

You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time and pay only the price difference, you won't lose any time remaining on your current subscription. If you start on Essential and later need Business, you'll pay the prorated gap, nothing more.

Switching from annual to lifetime is also possible at any time. You'll pay the difference between what you've already paid and the lifetime price, and you'll never be billed again.

Visit the Upgrades page in your account to do either yourself, or contact support and we'll handle it for you.

I already own Spectra Pro or SureForms separately. Does upgrading to a Toolkit still make sense?

Yes, and you won't pay twice. If you already own one of the products included in a Toolkit, you can upgrade to the Toolkit by paying the difference between what you paid and the Toolkit price. Contact support with your existing license and they'll sort out the prorated upgrade for you.

What’s truly “lifetime” on the lifetime plans, and what’s the catch?

On a lifetime plan, the WordPress toolkit is yours permanently - no renewal, no expiry. This includes:

● Ultimate Addons for Elementor (Essential and Business Toolkit)
● SureForms Agency (Business Toolkit)

You'll keep receiving plugin updates and support for the life of these products - no recurring cost, ever.

The AI platform and included hosting run for 3 years from your purchase date. After that, they renew annually. The exact renewal cost is shown on the checkout page when you claim your plan, so you know the number before you commit to anything.

If you choose not to renew after the 3-year period, your site data is yours. You can use any standard WordPress migration plugin to move your site to another host at any time.

The free domain is included for the first year. What do I pay after that, and do I keep it?

The domain is free for your first year. From year two onward, standard annual renewal fees apply. The cost varies depending on the extension (.com, .top, .in, .org, etc.) and domain reputation, typically ranging from $10 to $200 per year.

The domain belongs to you, registered in your name, not ours. You keep it for as long as you renew it, regardless of what happens to your plan.

Domain registration and renewal is handled entirely through your ZipWP account, no additional management required. You can also transfer your domain to any registrar of your choice at any time.

Can I migrate my existing website to the included hosting?

Yes. You can migrate any WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, or JS site to your included ZipWP hosting yourself.
Three methods are available:

SFTP/FTP: Connect with your current server credentials and ZipWP pulls your site directly.
Backup upload: Export a backup using All-in-One WP Migration, Duplicator, UpdraftPlus, or WPvivid, then upload it to ZipWP.
WP Admin credentials: Provide your existing login and ZipWP handles the export automatically using a companion plugin.

While your domain's DNS is being verified, your site remains accessible on a temporary domain. Once DNS verification is complete, your site goes live on your domain.

The ZipWP support team is available to help whenever you need it.

What hosting is included, and can I skip it if I already have my own?

Each plan includes a set number of live hosted sites on ZipWP's managed cloud infrastructure.

Astra Pro + AI comes with 1 live site and 10 GB storage, Essential Toolkit + AI includes 2 live sites and 20 GB storage, andBusiness Toolkit + AI gives you 5 live sites and 75 GB storage.

What exactly stops working if I don't renew?

Your existing sites keep working. The Astra theme and any plugins you've installed continue to run - your own sites and your clients' sites won't go down.

What stops:
● Plugin updates and access to new premium templates
● Support from our team
● AI features - site generation, blueprints, sandbox sites, and the AI Site Planner
● The included hosted site(s) - hosting stops if the plan isn't renewed

If you rely on the included hosting for a live site, that's the most important thing to sort out before you let a plan lapse - your hosted site goes offline when the subscription ends.

The core of what you've built stays online. The ongoing services around it don't.

What happens to my hosted site if I cancel?

Your hosted site is not deleted immediately. If you cancel, your site remains accessible for 7 days, giving you time to export your content or migrate to another host using any standard WordPress migration plugin.

After that, there is a 3-day grace period before the site is permanently removed from ZipWP systems.

You will receive an email notification as soon as the cancellation is processed so you know exactly how much time you have.

Your registered domain is not affected by a plan cancellation. It has its own independent billing cycle and remains yours for as long as you continue to renew it, or you can cancel it at any time.
