Kid Reads

Occasionally, my wife and I get a request for a reading list–not for books we read, but for books our kid reads. It’s not because he’s such a voracious reader. Just the opposite, really. He’s fussy, quickly bored, and thoroughly tactless when I give him something he doesn’t like.

So, when someone asks us what books our kid is reading, they’re not expecting a high-fiber, impress-other-parents list of commendable literature that will enrich little minds. They want books that are fun and fast for their own fussy, easily-bored kids.

That’s why, after a prodigious amount of nagging from my wife, I’ve collected a list of books that our kid has read and enjoyed recently. Maybe your kid (or you!) would like to read something here, too.
