The pendulum swings back and forth inside the mind of the father. Being someone who was raised somewhat religious but doesn’t follow it, this demo gives quite the encapsulation of one’s faith being questioned on whether they are doing the right thing or not. As a father, you want to do what’s best for your family, but sometimes it isn’t always right, and we follow the struggle of the father in figuring it out. Then we get to the end of the demo, which now has me wanting the full game because WOAH.

Only gripe is sometimes things move a bit slow, and kind of bogs down the pacing, but it could simply be a demo thing. 

Would recommend. 

I can't wait for the full version of this game, I really like the vibes it give off 

so i haven't played it but the thumbname for the game is crazy

really cool demo. love the artstyle and models. some sections remind me of my old days playing terrafirmacraft on minecraft back in 2015. did you mix bilinear with nearest neighbor for the textures? great work either way.

Amazing demo so far! I really loved how much detail is put into this and how polished it looks. Visuals were great, sounds were on point, and the story is quite twisted yet fits perfectly within the theme. It's been quite a ride playing this and I'm really excited for the full version! I Can Not Wait For Full Release, W Game 

I chose to stream your game and I was very nervous at where the story was going. I think I remember playing your demo a while ago, but forgot how it went. I don't remember trying to balance on those planks to cross the abyss, and took a few attempts! I did feel the story get dark, but I liked how well made it was and I enjoyed the style! Definitely a game I will wishlist! I hope to stream full game of too!

Can't believe this is a demo. This could pass as a full game. Excellent story and great game mechanics. Can't wait to play the full game.

Game has a really nice story build up already and I had more questions with my time in the game. I would suggest making the balance beam section not so sensitive to inputs. Other then that, great job.

surprisingly really good! it is a walking simulator but I don't hate it... the voice acting is done well and the writing really made me hate Caleb haha!

This game was a real slog, just a walking simulator. I didn't end up finishing it because it has a horrible balance beam section with no checkpoints, an insanely steep learning curve and it doesn't even teach you the mechanic to begin with. For the amount that I did play, the story was quite boring and the characters felt rushed. Also I played this on stream, here is the vod with a timestamp.

Loved the demo, made me hate the protagonist every second, 10/10

I gave this game a solid try. I loved the idea behind the game and it was a solid 10/10 demo for me...until the crossing the abyss part. Then I slogged at it for 30 minutes and became increasingly frustrated. I finally crossed it...only for you to have a SECOND one...

Turned it into an annoying experience. The full game needs that removed, refined, and/or better checkpoints. This game has a ton of promise but not if there's parts like that. 

Super interesting concept and a really trippy psychological horror. I really look forward to seeing how this game progresses.
