Muffins To Die For
A downloadable game
It's a quiet morning in Honeywick when the tranquillity of a nice "cup of tea and a slice of cake" in the "Brew For You" cafe is shattered as Tilly Pockets bursts in, bawling her eyes out. Sometime last night, the beloved bakery “Butter & Dough” lost its most precious possession: its century-old secret recipe, kept in a handwritten, ribbon-bound booklet locked in the owner’s office desk. The owner, Bartholomew Crumb, is distraught. The villagers are in an uproar. The gossip is pandemic. And you are determined to get to the bottom of it. After all, their Muffins are to Die For!
You will need the following to play the game:
• Pen and paper (and eraser)
• This zine
• A set of dice: d4, d6, d8, d10, d12
• A coin (d2)
• A deck of playing cards - shuffled - with the jokers removed

Just thought you might want to know, all of pages 6, 7, and 11, and parts of 10 have highly pixelated text, making them difficult to read compared to the rest of the pages. Are these sections maybe image files of text instead of regular text? It's like that in both the pages and spreads versions.
oh no! Thanks for the heads up. This is a compression error. I will try to get a clearer version up asap!
I have just uploaded new files - they're a bit larger than I want, but they should at least be clearer.
Thanks for pointing it out. I hope you enjoy the game.
Hey! Just finished my playthrough. I had a good time and it all came together. In the end, it was Tilly who wanted to deepen their pockets even more by winning the baking competition, which meant stealing the recipe to ensure they'd win!
Excellent! Glad you had a good time.
A new version has just been uploaded, which corrects an error in "The End ... ?" and a spelling mistake in one of the tables.
