Magnificent work, thank you!
I also have a question: are your tilesets supposed to be used with autotiling? I tried to make a bitmask for grass, but that was unsuccessful. Maybe I'm doing it wrong...
I dont really know how autotiling works, but i did not create the tilesets with autotiling in mind
I’m making a game with your awesome assets! I really hope you’ll keep updating them, and I’m super thankful for all your work.

Thank you, LazyStone! I used this pack for my demo and it worked great.
Demo on itch: Survival after the end. by Survivalaftertheend
Highly recommended!
I would kill to be able to make assets this good. You are the best pixel artist I have ever seen!
Well, that's exactly what i did to make it this good.
But in all seriousness - thank you for the very nice words. Though, i dont think you saw enough pixel artists, because there so many artists that are so much better then me.
Thank you though, that put a smile on my face.
What do you mean, man?! This art is incredible, and some of the best I have ever seen--not joking. I have been working on a video game for quite a while now, but I just can't get the pixel art tiles right. Its so difficult. On top of that, every time I look at somebody elses, I just see how bad mine really is
If you were wondering this is the game for the brackeys game jam https://moderategrade.itch.io/one-bullet-biscuit
I love this pack and it is really well done, but in the license area it states 'not for commercial use', am I allowed to use this pack in a game jam, if not why? (just wondering)
You can use it in a game jam. Even if it has a cash prize i wouldn´t consider it to be a commercial use.
Thank you for your interest in the pack. Its really nice.
Good luck in your game jam
Thanks for the generosity.
what pixel ration in it ? some are 13x16 some are 12x16 ?
Objects/Props or Character/Enemies are not confined to a specific ratio. Tiles are usually 16x16, but there are exceptions
i have checked some character are 12x16, some are 13x16 ,
Wow, I can't believe how good this looks. So much good art and so cheap!
Hey ! I have add a new version of my game with this assets ! https://survival-outpost.vercel.app/
Thank you! Again, really cool to see my assetpack being used somewhere
Thank you for mirroring the animations! that was so helpful!
Hi TheLazyStone,
I just wanted to say a big thank you for creating and sharing your asset pack on itch.io. It has been a huge help and inspiration in the development of my game.
I’m currently working on a project using your assets, and I’d love to show you the result once it’s finished (or even share a preview soon if you're interested). Would it be possible to get in touch with you directly for that?
Thanks again for your amazing work
Thank you so much! Really glad it helped you.
As for getting in touch - i dont really use any social media, so if you dont mind, you could just drop a link for your game in here, or you could email it to me to: thelazieststone@gmail.com if you want to
Hi TheLazyStone,
Here’s a brief overview of the game mechanics and features:
Game Controls and Features
Text Input Areas
In-Game Controls
Game Features
And this is the link of the game, it's a web game made only with JavaScript without framework.

Thank you for sharing! Really cool to see my work being used somewhere.
Are there any ideas you plan to implement in the future?
Anyways, its really nice that you decided to share it with me
Sorry for the late reply, I’m not currently at home.
Thank you so much for your feedback!
I have a lot of ideas for future updates. First, I’m planning to implement a full time system, including day/night cycles and seasons — spring, summer, autumn, and winter. I’d also love to add a procedural city generation system, but that will take quite some time, especially since I’m developing everything in plain JavaScript without any game engine. Procedural generation is proving to be quite a challenge!
Thanks again for your interest — it really motivates me to keep going.
Hi! Beautiful work! I was wondering if there was some example maps or labels for the tilesets? If not no worries and thanks for providing such a detailed and expansive pack!
Hi. Thank you. Theres no example maps for this asset-pack. As for "labels for the tilesets" - do you mean something that describes what every tile is and how it is used? If so, then no, i dont have that either
ah yes thats what I mean. no worries thanks for replying!
Are you using a specific palette? Can you maybe share it? (only if its not too much work)
There's no necessarily a specific strict palette, but i tried to collect every color i used in this pack in this png: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1rhdh0jGsSACpU3ljJpPGeCz0H67-bF7X/view?usp=drive...
If you need it in another format or something like this feel free to ask
Guys I have a question. Some of the assets are separate pngs (not part of a tileset). If I add any of these, Godot creates a whole new sprite2D for each. But if I do it this way, I'll end up with thousands of sprite2Ds, and my nodes will look very cluttered. I'm still a beginner, and the internet isn't helping
which assets exactly are you talking about? Usually you want to create scenes and use the scenes in your world-node. Its not uncommon to have tons of nodes in your scene-tree, especially for worlds.
If you want a more organized approach you can create a scene-collection in your tileset and store scenes of your sprites in there. This allows you to place those scenes just like you would with tiles.
Such a question should be asked on the Godot Forum though
it is crazy that this is free
for the player and zombie
can you make the animations for the left side? I have trouble flipping the animation around.
I've mirrored the right facing animations, so there are now left versions of them in the pack as well
Can you make the Fists also seperate? Otherwise its kind of annoying to switch between sprite with hands and sprite with no hands
Yes, i already added them
Wow you are really fast! Really love the asset-pack
Thank you!
This looks really great. If I pay at least $2, I can use it for any commercial project, right? Including uploading my game to the Steam platform?
Yes, you can. Im really glad you liked it
wow! I can also modify it for use in my game, right? I won't resell it, just modify it for use in my game. If I pay for it. :)
Yes, of course
:) Thank you very much for your contribution! It's really beautiful and sophisticated.
so if i understand right if i use this asset pack in my free game on my page it's ok or is it because i have a donate button on my account I need a commericial license. I'm sorry if this a dumb question. I don't want to steal accidentally.
btw amazing level of detail
Yes, it's totally okay to use the asset-pack in a free game on your page, even if you have a donation button. As long as the game itself isn't being sold or directly earning money (like through ads or in-app purchases), you dont need the commercial license. Thanks for asking!
And its not a dumb question at all!
i hope this gets updated with more enemy varieties and weapons! i would gladly pay for a premium pack
I work on updates and on add-on enemy and NPC packs rn. The weapons will come a bit later, though. Thanks for asking!
This asset pack looks suspiciously complete. I hope this is not the remnant of a failed project.
They are very interesting, thank you for making these assets available.
No, actually. I made it specifically as an asset-pack - not for my game.
Though, i have a lot of, as you said, remnants of a failed projects also)
That's good to hear. I'm sorry about the other failed projects, I hope you can finish all the ones you want to. <3
Beautiful stuff!
Hello, if you want i can make you a game for free with your assets.
Only if you want to. I will be very pleased if you do!
Perfect, I just need you to tell me the details and I will work on it, I would send it to you in html format so you can upload it to itch. Does it seem good to you?
Im not sure what kind of game I’d want, honestly. You can make what you want, though.
this looks amazing 🤩
Thank you!
Does this work with RPG maker?
With some editing, it should work.
The character/enemy animations are in separate sprite sheets, have different lengths, and theres no separate left and right direction for animations - only a side direction (though it can be mirrored).
As i know, RPG Maker requires all character/enemy animations to be in a one sprite sheet with a consistent frame numbers—but the animations in this pack have different lengths.
Without editing the character/enemy animations probably wont work—though, im not sure, because i used RPG Maker only a little bit.
The objects/tile-sets should work fine, because they're just sprites. Sadly, Im not sure how RPG Maker works, so i cant give a definite answer.
This looks sooooo goood
Thank you!
