Welcome to Arcana Academia, dear  students. As you can see, your teachers are mythological beings,  trying so hard to educate the heirs of the humans that once drove them to the brink of extinction.

Magic is rare, here, and you can just do limited spells... so make them worth!

System Highlights

• Card-based resolution instead of dice
  Red is good. Black is bad. Face cards mean strong outcomes.

• Student-written spell pool
  Spells are discovered randomly during play. Magic is unpredictable, personal, and limited.

• Burning spells for greater effects
  Forget a spell forever to push beyond safe limits.

• School year campaign structure
  Mysteries, rivalries, accidents, forbidden places, and emotional consequences across three terms.

• No forced character death
  Stories end when players decide they should.

• Cool lore
