These Terms of Service govern your access to 1filetool.com and your use of the 1FileTool desktop application. By downloading, purchasing, activating, or using 1FileTool, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the website or the software.

1FileTool may be used for free with the limits shown in the app or on the website. A Pro license unlocks unlimited processing and paid features for the device count you purchased.

A Pro license is a personal or business license to use the software. It does not transfer ownership of 1FileTool, its source code, brand, design, or other intellectual property.

• Single-device, three-device, and five-device license tiers may be offered
• You may use the app for personal, freelance, business, or internal team work
• You may not resell, sublicense, rent, share, or publish your license key
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or redistribute the app except where law explicitly allows it

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy or another checkout provider we may use. Prices, taxes, currency conversion, and receipts are handled through the checkout flow.

After purchase, you receive a license key by email. Activation requires an internet connection so the app can verify the license and device activation count.

Pro purchases are covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund, contact support within 7 days of purchase with your order email or license details.

We may release updates, bug fixes, and new tools over time. Updates are optional unless a security, compatibility, or licensing change requires a newer version.

We may change features, free limits, pricing, supported operating systems, release cadence, or update eligibility for future versions. You can keep using the licensed version you already have, subject to these terms.

1FileTool processes files locally, but you are responsible for deciding which files to process and for reviewing outputs before using them. Keep backups of important data before running batch operations or destructive actions.

You are responsible for complying with laws, contracts, workplace policies, and third-party rights that apply to the files you process.

• Do not use 1FileTool to violate laws, infringe intellectual property, or bypass access controls
• Do not attack, interfere with, scrape, overload, or abuse 1filetool.com, license services, or download infrastructure
• Do not share license keys publicly or use automated systems to evade activation limits
• Do not misrepresent StoicSoft, 1FileTool, or your relationship with us

The website and app may link to or depend on third-party services such as Lemon Squeezy for checkout, GitHub Releases for downloads, analytics services for website measurement, and operating-system services for local app behavior.

Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or data handling outside our control.

1FileTool is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every file, or suitable for every workflow.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoicSoft is not liable for lost profits, lost data, file corruption, business interruption, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of 1FileTool.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or software after an update means you accept the revised terms.
