An Eco-friendly act

The other day i decided to make another blog. after doing some research for a homework about green computing it made me realize the effects of some of the things in technological advancement that i never thought has contributed greatly to damage the environment. somehow it gave me some awareness and so i decided to make a small contribution to help even in a simple way of disseminating the ways and means to be environmentally friendly in this technology driven time.

Dedication to the name Zimarun

Hello reader!

this is a dedication of this blog. Zimarun was just a misspelled word and it is actually “cimmaron” i intentionally misspelled it to make it look cool hehe and it was just today that i googled out if it meant something and i found out it has a cool meaning too! it is a spanish word for ‘wild’ or ‘untamed’. But theres a story behind the name, i got the idea of using the name from my grandfathers old jeepney, I don’t know why they call it a cimmaron here in Davao when in fact it has nothing that looked like the old Cadillac cimmaron. Anyway my grandpa uses the car a lot wherever he goes to preach. Yes! hes a Preacher a Pastor of the Primitive baptist church here in Davao i admire him for that. Aside from that he’s a successful radio technician, hes quite an electronics junkie during his days. I remember a large part of the house was filled with broken transistor radios and B&W tv sets. anyway as much as who i am today i greatly owe it to him.
