You might notice that we look a little different from the last time you visited.

We have decided to stop accepting new personal leasing customers on ZenAuto with immediate effect. We've made this decision due to the low volumes of business written over the last two years and a decision to focus on our corporate customers, salary sacrifice schemes and other partnerships.

For existing customers, it's business as usual. Your contract remains fully valid and unchanged, and you'll continue to receive the same industry-leading service for the full duration of your agreement.

Updated FAQ

After a thorough review of our business and the market we operate in, we have decided to stop accepting new customers for ZenAuto with immediate effect. The decision was made due to the low volumes of business written over the last two years, and anticipated weak volumes going forward, given ongoing consumer uncertainty.

We’ve stopped accepting new customers, but for existing customers, it’s business as usual. We’ll support you to the end of your contract and manage collection at that point.

No. ZenAuto is a brand within the Zenith Group and we service three different sectors of the market. The Group remains in a strong position to continue servicing ZenAuto customers and our team remain in place to support you throughout the life of your contract.

Yes. Your contract remains fully valid and unchanged. You’ll continue to receive the same industry-leading service for the full duration of your agreement.

No. Our customer care team remains in place, and you’ll receive the same support, maintenance and care throughout your contract.

We won’t be offering the opportunity to renew. There may be some cases, depending on when your contract ends, where you may be able to extend your contract if you wish. As your contract approaches its end date, we’ll be in touch to discuss next steps.

No. All existing coverage and services continue as per your contract terms.

No. Your monthly payments and contractual terms remain the same for the duration of your agreement.

We’re no longer accepting any new orders or upgrades. Your current agreement will continue as it stands, and we’ll be in touch to arrange collection as you approach your end date.

Yes. As you approach your end date, we’ll contact you to arrange collection and share what to expect on the day.

Please continue use the same process. If you have maintenance included in your lease, your repair, maintenance and breakdown support remain unchanged. If you need assistance, contact us on our usual number, 0113 468 5377.

This announcement doesn’t change your contract terms. If you’re thinking about returning your car early, ring the Support Squad on 0113 468 5377 or drop them an email at care@zen.auto and we’ll get back to you with a quote for your early termination fee.

Yes. All standard in-contract processes (fines, end-of-lease inspections, collections) remain unchanged.

If your order has been accepted, we’ll fulfil it under the agreed terms. If you’re unsure about your order status, call us on 0113 468 5377 and we can check this for you.

If your order hasn’t been accepted, we’ll confirm it’s status and next steps.
