Tchami

The scene is at none other than Spring Awakening Music Festival as Tchami, a DJ/Producer by trade who is currently signed to Spinnin’ Records takes to the stage to perform a slew of some of his best material, laden with more hooks than a pirate museum; souvenirs that this ten-thousand strong audience will be taking home with them this evening, and probably singing until next week. Tchami has a very good way of compiling samples to create and atmosphere and cater to audiences. This French DJ knows how to read an audience and give them what they want so they are constantly catching a metaphoric wave throughout his set. “Untrue” is his biggest song this evening, where an audience member decides it would be ultimately fitting for him to get in side a zorbing ball and run across the audience, which I’m not going to lie, looks absolutely incredible and I am so jealous right now! This is just 4 mins into Tchami’s set too. His music takes the form of a bit of an old school garage kind of vibe, with some harmonic qualities that give it that kind of slant, either way, I can appreciate a good crossover in composition. I would also say that his music is very bass heavy with many memorable bass lines complimenting some four to the floor drumbeats.

Tchami so got Gothic theatre millenials bouncing up and down the levels. Tchami has the most melodic rhythmic beats in the planet and lots of pulsating sounds that gets you on the dance floor with gusto and excitement. I don't remember jumping up and down this much and sweating a lot from the excitement. and I don't even do drugs or molly, ecstasy, Mary Jane or what have you, unlike some of what you may smell at concerts. Tchami is fast becoming one of the rising stars in the electronic music scene... This was by far the 2nd best concert in my lifetime... no one comes close except Global Dance Festival at red rocks, where I saw Tchami play there in July 20, 2014... he was unforgettable there as well!!
The only drawback was that I could not convince a girl I so wanted to go with me that evening.... booooo

Tchami had a perfect set. Echostage was way over packed and bar didn’t have itemized receipt so no telling if my bill was accurate (too loud and busy to even ask) and there was no room to dance. Dr. Fresch was meh— kinda all over the place. Tchami brought out all the brahs but all were nice.

Tchami rocked my world! Venue was just perfect and spacious even if it was a sold out show. Caught your set at Hard Summer and even survived Tomorrowworld for your show!!!!! Thanks again, man and thank you to songkick

not applicable. I could not go because did not feel very well. I had to heal and stay home. it blows I wasted $130+ for nothing. would be great to get my money back and use it for another concert.

first time seeing tchami. dont want it to be the last. amazing dj. like nothing ive gone out and seen before. he is so talented and it will be an experience i will never forget.

Tchami crushed it! 10/10 best set ever. Crowd was mehh (a lot of dudes) besides vip of course And was completely crowded. But the music, wow every song was deepest grimey house

Tchami is amazing best dj around at the moment by far if u haven't seen him before you are missing out, can't wait to see him again this summer will be my third time this year
