Nathaniel Parker - exceptional in both roles

Parker as crumpling classics teacher Andrew Crocker-harris is majestic in the role which is both heartbreaking and illuminating as the character develops at the end of the play.

Parker is at his absolute best when he is extracting every last bit of emotion from the script.

He is at his best in the moments where we see the vulnerability behind the bluster, and this is never more apparent than in his awkward awareness that his poetry may not be quite as good as his sycophantic hangers-on insist.
