  • For years, telecom operators have been forced to stitch together disconnected systems with custom integrations and patches. It worked, until it didn’t. Today, that same approach is slowing down AI adoption, increasing costs, and making it harder to deliver consistent experiences across channels. That is why architecture matters more than ever. At iQmetrix, we built Interconnected Commerce as a modular, standards-aligned operating layer from the start. Not something assembled after the fact, but something designed to work across ecosystems without adding complexity. “Telecom operators have spent years stitching together disconnected systems with fragile glue code and legacy patches. We took a different approach from day one.” Christopher Krywulak Founder and CEO, iQmetrix As the industry moves toward more open, composable models, the real shift is not just technology. It is how systems are designed to work together. #Telecom #DigitalTransformation #AI #OpenArchitecture #iQmetrix

  • Reflecting on the energy of our Telecom Retail Summit at #MWC26. While the technology our industry provides is cutting edge, the retail experience has often remained a step behind. These photos capture a moment of collective focus as we explored how to bridge that gap. We spent our time in Barcelona discussing the transition from fragmented systems to a unified, AI-native future. The next wave of global telco leaders will not win on product alone. They will win by curating a seamless journey that connects every touchpoint into a single, elegant experience. That shift is already happening. The only question is which telcos will lead the way.

  • Telecom operators are trying to move faster, but legacy integration is slowing everything down. So what happens when the architecture itself changes? iQmetrix is now an Open Digital Architecture Component Directory Partner with TM Forum. This recognition reinforces our alignment with a modular, standards-based approach to telecom retail that scales without adding complexity. This is not just another platform story. It is about removing the friction that holds transformation back. 👉 See what this means for CSPs: https://bit.ly/4uTAhMs #Telecom #DigitalTransformation #AI #TMForum #iQmetrix

There is a unique energy that emerges when we step away from the trade show floor to simply connect. Looking back at our After Hours reception at #MWC26, we’re reminded that the most impactful shifts in our industry start with these shared moments. Within the historic beauty of the Gothic Quarter, we found the space to host the visionaries and industry leaders who are truly redefining the telecom landscape. It was a rewarding experience to cultivate an evening of such conversation and clarity. Systems and platforms drive the work, but it’s the people who drive the change. Photos captured by the talented Irene Fernandez and THE FUNLAB.

  • AI has changed how customers shop. Now telecom retail has to answer a harder question. How do you meet very different customer needs with one seamless experience? At our Telecom Retail Summit at #MWC26, one thing was clear. It is about orchestration. A connected journey across app, web, and store, with the customer at the center. And as AI reshapes the buying journey, the store matters more than ever. It is where your brand comes to life. Where trust is built. Where connection happens. Because without connection, everything becomes a commodity. Take a look at the highlights from MWC Barcelona.

  • MWC 2026 made one thing clear. Telecom retail is at a turning point. In his latest blog, our CEO Christopher Krywulak shares three signals from the show floor that could reshape how telecom retailers think about stores, technology, and the customer experience. From fixing broken activation journeys to rethinking the role of the store, the message is simple. The industry sells some of the most advanced technology in the world, but the retail experience still has work to do. The opportunity now is to close that gap. Our team was in Tampa last week with the BuyCell Wireless Group! It was a week of genuine conversation with the retailers, partners, and peers who make this industry so dynamic. Between the energy of the vendor showcase and the insights shared during the general sessions, the experience was a reminder of how much we can achieve when we come together. A sincere thank you to the BuyCell Wireless Group for hosting us, and to everyone who took the time to engage with the iQmetrix team. And of course, we couldn't leave town without catching a Lightning game. ⚡
