Centered in Indigeneity, ICSWA is 95% led and organized by member volunteers. Community is our center, and we exist because of this connection. Our regions, programs, services, board, and advisory committee are ALL provided for by member volunteer hours.

Centered in community, there is NO FEE for membership. ICSWA’s annual membership requires a community trade. Members share skills via participation in workshops and mentorship programs- or through blocks of volunteer hours for a total of 15 hours annually.

ICSWA community is formed from a variety of technical and creative people who specialize in all aspects of stage, screen, and beyond.

Our goal is to amplify the voices of our creative professional members, and establish a presence within larger, mainstream unions and organizations. ICSWA provides effective career strategy, skill development, and advocacy for our members.
