Description: The Order of the Red Star bears the image of a soldier wearing an overcoat and carrying a rifle, encircled by a narrow band bearing the Communist motto «Пролетарии всех стран, соединяйтесь!» ("Workers of the world, unite!"), and «СССР» ("USSR") inscribed below. The reverse bore the maker's mark and the award serial number.

Notes: Officially issued 1930-1991; the serial number (1693254) of this specific medal indicates it was awarded in 1945.

Description: The top pin is a blue St. George's Ribbon trailing behind the Red Star with the Hammer and Sickle, likely a Victory Day pin.

The bottom left pin is reminiscent of the State Quality Mark of the USSR.

The bottom right may have been issued in 1972 to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the founding of the USSR.

Description: A pin displaying an image of Opuntia phaeacantha, a species of prickly pear cactus. The species name is below. The image is surrounded with the name "Всесоюзное объединение клубов любителей кактусов" (All-Union Association of Cactus Lover), with the groups acronym, ВОКЛК (VOKLK), below.

Notes: The group was formed in the late 1980s and then reportedly ceased activity as the economic crisis kicked in.
