hello! i do run a project zomboid server, but it's rather lighthearted and nonserious and easy on the lore. i miss having a lore-heavy backdrop, but i would like to try mixing things up :) this is a form to get peoples' interest and feedback for what kind of project zomboid and roleplay experience they'd like the most!

how extreme of a survivor fantasy should this be?

do you enjoy a lighter survival with more focus on character writing, or would something more survival and story-focused be more appealing?

i want relatively high difficulty with world/story-oriented major plot beats (zombie lore focal point)
i want relatively high difficult with character-oriented plot beats (character lore focal point)
i prefer lighter difficulty with world/story-heavy plot (zombie lore focal point)

how steep should the survival difficulty curve be?

i.e. water/electricity shutoff, zombie spawn rates, difficulty randomization

i want a high-stakes, high-pressure experience (i.e. 2-4 week cutoff, zombie spawn peak 2.0 population, 15% sprinter)
i want something middle of the road (i.e. 1-2 month cutoff, 1.5 zombie pop peak, 10% sprinters)
i want something casual (i.e. 2-4 month cutoff, 1.0 zombie pop peak, 5% sprinter rate)

what's your stance on pvp/character conflict?

pvp is permissible, i enjoy character conflicts
i do not enjoy pvp and I would prefer a roleplay focused on cooperation
i like both equally/ I have no preference
